The Landings Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization focused on bringing neighbors together and preserving the quality of life in our community. Membership is open to property owners and to tenants with a long-term lease (one year or more).
Our goal is simple — to foster a positive, welcoming neighborhood through communication, community events, and collaboration. While we are not a homeowners association and do not enforce covenants or collect mandatory dues, we believe that an organized and informed community is a stronger one.
